your order we need to know your name, mailing address, phone
number, credit card number with billing statement address and
expiration date. This allow us to process and complete your
order and notify you of your order status. All information

Ordering Options
We accept orders on our website and telephone
orders. In case of an incomplete order or incorrect order
we will notify you immediately by email or telephone, which
may cause a slight delay to your order. |
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express
and Discover. We also will accept your check in advance;
however, please be aware that this will delay your order. We
do not accept COD orders. |

When you place an order, all information
is processed through a secure server and all data that is
collected is protected against unauthorized access. However,
if you want to place an order but do not want to provide your

Confirmation of Order
A confirmation of your order will be
emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order (excludes
weekends and holidays). |

Cancellations and Change Orders
We do not sell over-the-counter products. All products are
custom crafted to your specifications for each window. Production
normally starts within 24 of receiving your order. We will
make every effort to accommodate cancellations and changes
to orders; however an order may not be cancelled or changed
if it is already in production. |

Mis-measured Products Policy
Measuring for blinds
and shades is very simple. If you follow the measuring instructions
on our website, incorrect measurement is very unlikely. Please
view "How to Measure" before
measuring and ordering and if you have doubts please call
us for assistance at 713-869-1226. Since your window treatments are custom built to your exact measurements, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. Cancellations cannot be made once vendor receives the order, which is always within 24 hours of our receipt of payment. We always work with our customer to solve probems because your satifaction is important to us. |
Color
The colors we display on our website should
be considered close renditions to the actual colors available
and connect be 100% accurate.
As the colors are viewed on the screen, they will vary
depending on each computer's monitor settings, etc.
We can guarantee the color only if you order samples prior
to placing your order. Samples are provided on a no change
basis. Real wood colors can vary somewhat due to inherent
variances in wood. The stained colors can vary due to the
way the grain accepts the color. This is noticeable even
in the best wood furniture, cabinetry, etc. Dye lots vary
as well and for this reason it is always recommended that
if you want real wood blinds in natural wood finishes that
all blinds be ordered at the same time. |

Production Time
Typically it takes between 4 to
7 business days for our products to be ready for shipping.
Some orders may require multiple shipment because more than
one supplier may be used. Example: If wood blinds are ordered
along with pleated or cellular shades, two different suppliers
may be used and production time and shipping methods
could be different. If required, this information will be
included in our confirmation. |

Shipping
On most orders we do not change for shipping
with the 48 contiguous United States. However, for
products more 84 inches in width, a delivery charge of $75
per shipment will be charged. For orders of 20 blinds or
more (even if one or more of them is over 84 inches) there
are no shipping charges. |

Freight Damage
Please inspect the delivery as soon
as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, you can
REFUSE, inspect product,
or MAKE A WRITTEN STATEMENT on
the freight bill before you sign accepting shipment . Contact
our customer service department as soon
as possible. If you
discover concealed damage, please retain all packing materials
and contact our customer service department for further instructions. |
Returns for Repair or Credit
All returns require an
authorization number. Our customer service department will
assist you with authorization and instructions on returns. |
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our products are covered
by the manufacturer's warranties. The warranties are extended
to the original purchaser and covers defects in material
and workmanship when the product is measured and installed according to product instructions, assuming recommendations
concerning size limitations have been followed, etc. The
manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components
at their discretion. The
warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as
a result of abuse or accidents. Should any product that you
purchase from us ever require warranty service, please contact
us for "return
of product" instructions. will
